Asleep on the Studio Chair

Wednesday I took Thekla up to UC Davis to have the cause of her occasional lameness diagnosed. She's a very active pup and loves to run and be chased by other dogs, but sometimes she would be left with a limp. Turns out she has a congenital malformation of her right front elbow which needs to be surgically corrected. So today is the day. I pick her up tomorrow and thus begins a six week period of restricted activity - the hardest part of this ordeal for both of us.
